Start the subject line with the app

It is one inbox, so naming the app in the subject is what gets your message in front of the right person first.

  • Voice to do list: eveonvoice capture, tasks, circles, meal plans, safety check-ins, subscriptions.
  • Calorie Detective: Cubylogging, meal scanning, fasting, craving SOS, Apple Health, subscriptions.
  • asho Gotry-on, your model, style credits, Size Passport, in-app store browsing.
  • Studiopartnerships, press, and anything that is not about a specific app.

Tell us three things and we can usually answer in one reply: which app and version you are on, what device and OS, and what you expected to happen instead of what did. A screenshot helps more than a description.

Common requests

Delete your account

You can do this yourself, without writing to us, and without signing in to read how: delete your eveon account or delete your Cuby account. Each page also explains exactly what is removed and what survives.

In asho Go it is in the app: Profile → Security → Delete Account. That removes your profile, your saved outfits and your wardrobe items, and it cannot be undone. If you have lost access to the app, email us with “Account deletion request” in the subject, from the address on the account, and we will complete verified requests within 30 days.

Cancel or refund a purchase

eveon and Cuby subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so only Apple can cancel or refund one. Manage it in Settings on your iPhone. Deleting an app or an account does not cancel a subscription on its own.

asho works differently: it has no subscription. Style credits are one-off purchases, and refunds on those go through Apple in the same place.

Get a copy of your data

eveon exports everything as JSON from Profile → Export. For the other apps, or for a formal data-access request, write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

Report a security issue

Email contact.aairlabs@gmail.com with “Security report” in the subject. Please give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.
