Delete your eveon account
You can delete your eveon account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us. You do not need an account to read this page.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period, no recycle bin, and no way for us to bring an account back once it is gone. Export your data first if you want to keep it.
Option 1: delete it in the app
This is the fastest route and it takes effect straight away.
- Open eveon and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Close Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and its server-side data are removed immediately.
- Delete the app from your device to remove the data stored locally, which on the Free and Pro tiers is most of it.
If you want a copy of your data before you go, use Export in Profile to download everything as a JSON file.
Option 2: ask us to delete it
If you have lost access to the app or your device, email contact.aairlabs@gmail.com from the address on your eveon account with the subject Account deletion request.
Tell us the email address on the account. We may ask you to confirm from that address before we act, so that nobody can delete your account on your behalf.
We complete verified requests within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and sign-in credentials.
- Every message, board post, reply, reaction, and poll vote you wrote.
- Your safety statuses, check-in requests, and arrival timers.
- Your push notification tokens, so notifications stop.
- Your synced tasks and memos, if you are on Pro Max.
- Your cloud backup, if you have one.
- Your AI usage counters.
- Every Google Calendar you connected. We disconnect it and revoke our access at Google, so eveon no longer appears as an authorised app on your Google account.
Audio recordings are not included in this list for a simple reason: they never reach our servers. Recordings and transcripts are made on your device and stay there. Deleting the app deletes them.
Neither is location data, for the same kind of reason: eveon does not collect it. The safety features use a status you set yourself and a time you choose, never your position.
What happens to your Circles
Circles are shared, so they need a rule of their own.
- If you own a Circle that still has other active members, ownership passes to the longest-standing remaining member and the Circle carries on without you. Your own messages and posts are still deleted.
- If you were the last active member, the Circle is deleted along with everything in it: its message history, board, polls, shared tasks, meal plans, meal library, and categories.
- If you were a member but not the owner, you are simply removed.
What we keep, and for how long
A small amount of data survives deletion, either because the law requires it or because it takes time to cycle out of backups.
| What | How long | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Encrypted database backups containing your data | 30 days, then overwritten | Disaster recovery. Backups are never used to restore a deleted account. |
| Server and error logs | 30 days | Security and reliability. |
| Purchase and tax records | Up to 7 years | Tax and accounting law. We never hold your card details; Apple and RevenueCat handle billing. |
| Support emails | 24 months from the last message | So we can answer follow-up questions. |
Your subscription
Deleting your eveon account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, and only Apple can cancel one. Cancel it in Settings on your iPhone before you delete your account.
